How does the subscription work?
Choose your plan, confirm your selection before Saturday midnight and receive your meals in two weekly deliveries. Full control from your dashboard — always.
Can I pause or cancel at any time?
Yes. Pause, cancel or reactivate directly from your dashboard before Saturday's cutoff. No calls, no hassle. Two clicks from your dashboard.
When is the cutoff for changes?
The cutoff is every Saturday at midnight. Any change confirmed after that applies to the following week. Plan with a little margin and everything will flow perfectly.
How many meals do I receive?
You choose: 6 or 7 meals per week, delivered in two batches for maximum freshness. Each meal blast-chilled and vacuum-sealed per component.
What's inside my delivery?
Every delivery includes a premium tray with each component vacuum-sealed separately: protein, grain base (or healthy fat in the Keto plan), velvet cream and dressing. Inside you will find a QR code with direct chef recommendations.
How do I reheat and serve?
Each component heats separately. AT THE OFFICE OR GYM: grain and velvet cream together 1:30 min microwave, protein separately 1:30-2 min. AT HOME: protein 1 min microwave, then 1-2 min in a hot pan to build a golden crust.
